About this game
A tactile Japanese soroban you slide with your thumb. Learn to read numbers, add, subtract and multiply in 13 short lessons, with a coach that moves the beads and explains why. Then test yourself with Flash Mental and a 60-second Timed Challenge.
How to play
- Each rod is a digit: the heaven bead is 5, each earth bead is 1.
- Slide beads to the middle beam, or just tap them.
- Follow a lesson: show numbers, add, take away, multiply.
- Tap Hint to see which rod to use and why.
- Flash Mental: numbers flash, then set the total.
- Timed Challenge: solve as many tasks as you can in 60 seconds.
