Elastic Jump
Jump in, on and out of the elastic, in time.
About this game
A rhythm game about the playground game of elastic jump, also called Chinese jump rope. Land OUT, IN, ON or SPLIT on the beat as the band rises through eight heights from the ankles to the neck. Learn each routine with Watch and Learn, slow it down in Practice, and clear it for three stars. Painted playground art, original sounds, Rules page with large text, no ads, works offline.
How to play
- Pick a height. The band starts at the ankles and rises to the neck.
- Count in with the beat, then coloured tokens slide towards the NOW line.
- Tap the pad that matches the token: OUT, IN, ON or SPLIT.
- The closer to the beat, the more you score. Wrong steps are trips.
- Three trips and the band comes down: try the height again.
- Watch and Learn shows the whole routine, then jumps it for you.
- On a keyboard: arrow keys or A S D F for the pads, Space pauses.
