Pick-up Sticks
Lift one. Don't wobble the rest.
About this game
The gentle game of a steady hand. Slide lacquered sticks out of a heap one at a time without moving any other, collect bamboo, jade, red lacquer and the golden master, and outplay five rivals, the Solo Ladder and the Daily Heap.
How to play
- Press a free stick (nothing lying across it) and slide it slowly out of the heap.
- Let go once it is clear. Bamboo is worth 1, indigo 3, jade 5, red lacquer 10, the golden master 20.
- If any other stick moves too far, it is a fault and the turn passes.
- Win the golden master to use the lever and sweep sticks aside.
- Take turns against a rival, climb the ladder or play the Daily Heap.
