Non-receptor tyrosine kinase proto-oncogene; activated by RTKs, integrins, and GPCRs → STAT3, PI3K-AKT signaling → survival, invasion, and angiogenesis. Overexpressed in colon, breast, NSCLC, and HCC; dasatinib and bosutinib inhibit SRC-family kinases in CML and solid tumors.
