- Which game you were playing.
- Your device and its system version.
- What you expected, and what you saw.
- Never send passwords or payment details; we do not need them.

Where is the app?
It is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, the web previews on this site show how some of the games play.
A preview move looks wrong
Each game page lists the rules the preview follows. If it breaks them, send us the moves you played.
Does the preview remember my games?
No. Close the tab and the game is gone.
How we reply
A person reads every message. Most questions are answered within a few working days, and bug reports that we can reproduce go straight onto the list for the next update of the app.
If your message is about a rules question, mention the move or hand you are thinking of; the preview and the app follow the same standard rules, and we are glad to explain a ruling.
