fibronectin
Fibronectin
Fibronectin (FN1, chr2q35) is a major ECM glycoprotein; plasma FN is a soluble dimer from hepatocytes; cellular FN assembles into insoluble fibrils. Integrin α5β1 and αvβ3 bind via RGD → cell adhesion, migration, and fibrosis. Central provisional matrix scaffold in wound healing.
