Earth Atlas: Picture Games is provided by EqualInformation, LLC. It is an app for Android, iPhone and iPad with eleven geography games on real maps: capitals, neighbours, sizes, animals, rivers, mountains, climate, food, languages and events. It has no ads, no accounts and no tracking.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Earth Atlas: Picture Games app for Android (package name: com.equalinformation.earthatlas) and for iPhone and iPad (bundle ID: com.equalinformation.earthatlas).
The app keeps everything on your device. To work, it may store the following locally and never transmits it:
The app does not collect or transmit any of this data. It does not ask you to create an account or to enter your name, email address or any other personal information.
The locally stored information is used only to run the app, remember where you left off and apply your settings.
The app is 100% on-device. There is no account, no server, no cloud sync and no user tracking. It works without an internet connection.
The app does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising SDKs or tracking tools, and it shows no advertising of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites.
The Android app requests as few permissions as possible: network state and internet access (used by Google Play Billing to check your purchase), and billing (for the one-time game purchases). It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth or health data. The iPhone and iPad app requests no permissions at all.
Capital Cities is free. Each of the other games is an optional one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription). Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play on Android and by the App Store on iPhone and iPad. We never see or store your payment details, name or Google or Apple account. You can restore a purchase on a new device by signing in to the same Google account (Android) or the same Apple ID and tapping Restore Purchases (iPhone and iPad).
The app draws its maps and pictures from data bundled inside the app (Natural Earth and other open sources, credited in the app). It does not download maps or pictures, and it does not use your location.
The app makes no network requests of its own apart from the purchase check made by Google Play or the App Store. All of the content is bundled inside the app.
EqualInformation, LLC does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share users’ data with data brokers or for advertising purposes. The app does not transmit personal information to our servers or to unrelated third parties.
Because your data stays on your device, you are in control of it. Uninstalling the app removes all of its saved progress and settings from your device.
Locally stored data is protected by the platform’s app sandbox. However, no method of storage is completely secure, and the company cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app has no accounts, no chat, no ads, no web browsing and no data collection, and it is suitable for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe information has been provided inappropriately, please contact the company.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
