This Privacy Policy applies to the Nutrisize Health app (iOS bundle identifier: com.nutrisize.health; Android package name: com.nutrisize.health) and related EqualInformation, LLC pages that link to this policy. Nutrisize Health is available on iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), and as a web application.
Nutrisize Health is designed as a local-first app. Depending on how you use the app, Nutrisize Health may store information on your device, including:

EqualInformation, LLC does not operate a general Nutrisize Health cloud sync service for users' health records and profile data. The health and profile information you enter into Nutrisize Health is intended to remain on your device unless you choose to interact with external third-party services from within the app, or unless you choose to send feedback (which transmits only the information described in Section 6).
When you choose to send feedback from within Nutrisize Health, the app may transmit the following to a Google Sheets endpoint operated by EqualInformation, LLC:
This data is sent only when you explicitly tap the "Send Feedback" button. No health records, profile data, or personal identifiers are included in feedback submissions. The feedback data is used solely to improve the app and respond to bug reports.
Nutrisize Health may allow you to open or view third-party websites, chat services, or reference materials from within the app. If you choose to use those third-party services, your device may connect directly to those services, and those services may receive information such as your IP address, device, browser or WebView information, and any information you choose to enter. Those third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms, not this Privacy Policy.
Nutrisize Health may use Apple App Store In-App Purchase (on iOS) or Google Play Billing (on Android) for eligible in-app purchase functionality. Apple or Google may process payment and transaction information under their own respective policies. Nutrisize Health may receive limited purchase-status or product information needed to unlock purchased content on your device. EqualInformation, LLC does not receive your full payment card number through Nutrisize Health.
Nutrisize Health includes bundled nutrition and exercise databases stored locally on your device. The app may optionally fetch additional food data from the USDA FoodData Central API or generate exercise variations locally. These database expansion features, when enabled, connect to external data sources but do not transmit any of your personal or health data.

Nutrisize Health's core nutrition, exercise, and health features do not require SMS or Call Log permissions. Nutrisize Health is not intended to operate as a default SMS, phone, or assistant application.
EqualInformation, LLC does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share users' health data with data brokers or for advertising purposes. Except for user-initiated feedback submissions, interactions with third-party websites or services, and limited purchase-status handling through App Store or Google Play, the company does not intentionally transmit personal or sensitive Nutrisize Health user data to its own servers or unrelated third parties.
Data stored by Nutrisize Health generally remains on your device until you delete it inside the app (via Data Management), clear the app's local storage, or uninstall the app. You may export your health data as a JSON file at any time from the Data Management screen. Purchase-related unlock state may also be restorable through App Store or Google Play for eligible purchases. Feedback data submitted to Google Sheets is retained by EqualInformation, LLC for product improvement purposes.
Nutrisize Health relies on iOS and Android platform protections, app sandboxing, and on-device storage as part of its local-first design. Feedback submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of storage or electronic transmission is completely secure, and the company cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may choose what information to enter into Nutrisize Health. You may choose not to use external chat services, browser links, or embedded third-party web content. You may choose not to send feedback. You may remove locally stored app data by using the Data Management screen, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app. You may export your data before deletion.
Nutrisize Health is not intended to knowingly collect personal information online from children through an EqualInformation, LLC-operated backend service. If you believe information has been provided inappropriately, please contact the company.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
