World Heritage Games is provided by EqualInformation, LLC. It is an iPhone and iPad app of playable portraits of folk instruments, free to download and organised into collections. It has no ads, no accounts and no tracking.

This Privacy Policy applies to the World Heritage Games app for iPhone and iPad (iOS bundle identifier: com.equalinformation.whgatlas).
The app keeps everything on your device. To work, it may store the following locally and never transmits it:
The app does not collect or transmit any of this data. It does not ask you to create an account or to enter your name, email address or any other personal information.
The locally stored information is used only to run the app, remember where you left off and apply your settings.
The app is 100% on-device. There is no account, no server, no cloud sync and no user tracking. It works without an internet connection.
The app does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising SDKs or tracking tools, and it shows no advertising of any kind. It contains no third-party code. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites. The app declares no tracking in its Apple privacy manifest.
The app requests as few permissions as possible. It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth or health data.
The first instrument is free. The other instruments in a collection can be tried for 90 seconds and are then unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription). Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details, name or Apple ID. Restore Purchases is in the paywall and in the Library tab, and Family Sharing is supported.
The Library tab has two links, Privacy Policy and Support. When you tap one, your browser opens that page. Nothing about you is sent by the app. The app itself makes no network requests, and the instrument pages run from files bundled in the app.
The app plays instrument sounds through your device’s speaker or headphones. It does not record audio and never uses the microphone. A Sound switch in the Library tab turns all app sounds off.
EqualInformation, LLC does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share users’ data with data brokers or for advertising purposes. The app does not transmit personal information to our servers or to unrelated third parties.
Because your data stays on your device, you are in control of it. Deleting the app removes all of its saved progress and settings from your device.
Locally stored data is protected by the platform’s app sandbox. However, no method of storage is completely secure, and the company cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app has no accounts, no chat, no ads, no web browsing and no data collection, and it is suitable for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe information has been provided inappropriately, please contact the company.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
