Is my data private?

Yes. ChronoTrack stores all data locally on your device using SwiftData (iOS) or Room database (Android). There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics SDKs. We never collect, transmit, or share any personal or health information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What does ChronoTrack Pro include?

Pro ($29.99/month) is designed for healthcare professionals and includes everything in Plus, plus: Multi-Patient Dashboard, SOAP Clinical Report Generator, Data Hub with configurable connectors, Connector Store, API Key Vault with budget controls, API Call Audit Log, and FHIR R4 integration.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

iOS: Open ChronoTrack → Settings → tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and restores automatically.
Android: Open ChronoTrack → Settings → tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen. Your subscription is linked to your Google account and restores automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ChronoTrack → Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ChronoTrack → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

Is ChronoTrack a replacement for medical advice?

No. ChronoTrack is a health tracking and data management tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The pattern analysis engine runs entirely on your device and provides informational insights only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice and treatment decisions.

What are the medical references in the app?

ChronoTrack includes authoritative medical references from NIH, WHO, CDC, APA, FDA, AHA, and other bodies throughout the app. Each reference is tappable and opens the original source in an in-app browser so you can verify the information and return to the app easily.

Can I export my data?

Yes. ChronoTrack supports data export in multiple formats: PDF reports for doctor visits, CSV for spreadsheet analysis, and FHIR R4 JSON for clinical interoperability. All exports are generated locally on your device.

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps:
1. Force-close and reopen the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
4. If the issue persists, contact us (see below) with your device model, OS version, and a description of the problem.

Does ChronoTrack connect to external services?

ChronoTrack can optionally fetch reference data from free public APIs (Open-Meteo for weather, OpenFDA for drug info, PubMed for research). Your personal health data is never sent to these APIs. Pro tier users can also configure their own data connectors with their own API keys, which are encrypted and stored on-device only.
