These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications ("Apps") developed and published by EqualInformation, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to NutriSize, Nutrisize Pro, Nutrisize Health, PlainDental, Open Wallet, and AllIn Wallet.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
Our Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the Apps on any device you own or control, subject to the terms of the platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) through which you obtained the App. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps, except as permitted by applicable law.
Our Apps provide educational content for informational purposes only. This content is not intended to replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified professionals.
Some Apps offer optional premium content through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple or Google) and are subject to their refund policies. We do not directly process payments. Purchases are non-transferable between platforms.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Apps are designed with a privacy-first, local-first architecture. We do not collect personal data, track your activity, or share information with third parties. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policies for each App.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the Apps are the property of EqualInformation, LLC, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps or their content without our prior written consent, except for open-source components which are governed by their respective licenses.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EqualInformation, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Apps.
For Apps that interact with blockchain networks (Open Wallet, AllIn Wallet): you are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases. We do not have access to your keys and cannot recover lost funds. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You assume all risk associated with using blockchain-based features.
Some Apps accept voluntary donations to support development. Donations do not unlock features, create obligations, or guarantee specific outcomes. All essential features remain free regardless of donation status. Donations are non-refundable.
You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your devices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time without notice. In-app purchases remain valid as long as the App is available on the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
