Arcforge is provided by EqualInformation, LLC. Arcforge is a single app for iOS and Android that brings together small, polished games — Golden Sling, Word Game, Sure Sweep, Big Card Solitaire and Crown Fields — with no ads and no tracking.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Arcforge app (iOS bundle identifier: com.equalinformation.arcforge.shell; Android package name: com.equalinformation.arcforge.shell) and to the free browser previews of Arcforge games at equalinformation.com/games-site.
Arcforge keeps everything on your device. To run the games, Arcforge may store the following locally and never transmits it:
Arcforge does not collect or transmit any of this data. It does not ask you to create an account or to enter your name, email address or any other personal information.
Arcforge uses the locally stored information only to:
Arcforge is 100% on-device. There is no account, no server, no cloud sync and no user tracking. Every game works without an internet connection; a connection is used only by the App Store or Google Play when you make or restore a purchase.
Arcforge does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising SDKs or tracking tools, and it shows no advertising of any kind, in any game. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites.
Arcforge requests as few permissions as possible. It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or health data. On Android it uses network access only so that Google Play can process purchases.
Golden Sling is free, with no purchases. The other games can be tried free for a short preview and are then unlocked with a one-time purchase per game. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play; EqualInformation, LLC never receives or stores your payment card details. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies govern the payment transaction itself. Arcforge asks the store which games you own so that a purchase you already made stays unlocked, and offers a Restore Purchase button.
Some games have a Share button. When you tap it, Arcforge hands a short text (for example, your score and a row of coloured squares) to your device's share sheet. You choose whether to send it and where. Arcforge does not receive or store what you share.
The free browser previews at equalinformation.com/games-site run entirely in your browser. They save progress in your browser's local storage on your own device, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on the previews. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) under GitHub's own privacy policy.
EqualInformation, LLC does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share users' data with data brokers or for advertising purposes. Arcforge does not transmit personal information to our servers or to unrelated third parties.
Because your data stays on your device, you are in control of it. Uninstalling Arcforge removes all game progress and settings from your device. In a browser preview, clearing the site's data in your browser removes its saved progress.
Locally stored data is protected by the platform's app sandbox. However, no method of storage is completely secure, and the company cannot guarantee absolute security.
Arcforge has no accounts, no chat, no ads and no data collection, and its games are suitable for a general audience. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe information has been provided inappropriately, please contact the company.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
