This Privacy Policy applies to the Tiger and Goat: Bagh-Chal app (iOS bundle identifier and Android package name: com.equalinformation.tigerandgoat.app).
The app keeps everything on your device. To run the game, it may store the following locally and never transmits it:
The app does not collect or transmit any of this data. It does not ask you to create an account or to enter your name, email address or any other personal information.
The locally stored information is used only to:
The app is 100% on-device. There is no account, no server, no cloud sync and no user tracking. The game works without an internet connection; a connection is used only by the App Store or Google Play when you make or restore a purchase.
The app does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising SDKs or tracking tools, and it shows no advertising of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites.
The app requests as few permissions as possible. It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or health data. On Android it uses network access only so that Google Play can process purchases.
The game can be tried free with a short preview and is then unlocked with a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple’s App Store or Google Play; EqualInformation, LLC never receives or stores your payment card details. Apple’s and Google’s own privacy policies govern the payment transaction itself. The app asks the store whether you own the game so that a purchase you already made stays unlocked, and offers a Restore purchase button for reinstalling or moving to a new device.
The daily puzzle has a Share button. When you tap it, the app hands a short text of your result to your device’s share sheet. You choose whether to send it and where. The app does not receive or store what you share.
EqualInformation, LLC does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share users’ data with data brokers or for advertising purposes. The app does not transmit personal information to our servers or to unrelated third parties.
Because your data stays on your device, you are in control of it. Uninstalling the app removes all game progress and settings from your device.
Locally stored data is protected by the platform’s app sandbox. However, no method of storage is completely secure, and the company cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app has no accounts, no chat, no ads and no data collection, and the game is suitable for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe information has been provided inappropriately, please contact the company.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
