Conga, Daf & Udu Drums is provided by EqualInformation, LLC. It is an Android app with 10 drums and drum rhythms from 9 countries to play, learn about and read about. It has no ads, no accounts and no tracking.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Conga, Daf & Udu Drums app for Android (package name: com.equalinformation.whg.congadafandududrums).
The app keeps everything on your device. To work, it may store the following locally and never transmits it:
The app does not collect or transmit any of this data. It does not ask you to create an account or to enter your name, email address or any other personal information.
The locally stored information is used only to run the app, remember where you left off and apply your settings.
The app is 100% on-device. There is no account, no server, no cloud sync and no user tracking. It works without an internet connection.
The app does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising SDKs or tracking tools, and it shows no advertising of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites.
The app requests as few permissions as possible: network state and internet access (used by Google Play Billing to check your purchase), billing (for the one-time unlock) and vibration (optional haptics). It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth or health data.
Every game can be tried free for 90 seconds. One optional in-app purchase (not a subscription) unlocks all of them for good. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details, name or Google account. You can restore a purchase on a new device by signing in to the same Google account.
The app plays sounds through your device’s speaker or headphones and may use your device’s vibration motor. It does not record audio and never uses the microphone. Sound and haptics can be switched off in Settings.
The app makes no network requests of its own apart from the Google Play purchase check. All of the content is bundled inside the app.
EqualInformation, LLC does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share users’ data with data brokers or for advertising purposes. The app does not transmit personal information to our servers or to unrelated third parties.
Because your data stays on your device, you are in control of it. Uninstalling the app removes all of its saved progress and settings from your device.
Locally stored data is protected by the platform’s app sandbox. However, no method of storage is completely secure, and the company cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app has no accounts, no chat, no ads, no web browsing and no data collection, and it is suitable for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe information has been provided inappropriately, please contact the company.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
