It covers handwashing, menstrual and reproductive hygiene, food safety, body and personal hygiene, sanitation, life-stage hygiene (infant through elder), disease prevention, disaster/low-water hygiene, and more — plus routine-building and habit tools to help the guidance actually stick.
Every feature is designed with privacy at its core — PlainHygiene's guidance is 100% on-device, requires no account, and works fully offline. PlainHygiene is live now on the App Store and on Google Play. A generous free tier covers the core reference layer for everyone; an optional monthly subscription unlocks additional depth.
