1 Who We Are

LifeOS is developed by EqualInformation as a personal life-management platform for health, finance, travel, fitness, family, and more.

2 Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the LifeOS mobile application for iOS and Android, distributed under the package identifiers com.equalinformation.lifeos.app (Android) and com.equalinformation.lifeos.app (iOS), and all pages linking to this policy.

3 Data We Store on Your Device

LifeOS stores the following data exclusively on your device — it never leaves your phone:

• Health data you enter: weight logs, water intake, medication records, vaccination history
• App preferences and settings (theme, notifications, privacy toggles)
• Premium purchase status (verified locally via App Store / Google Play receipt)
• Any other personal data you choose to enter in future modules (finance, travel, family, fitness)

None of this information is transmitted to EqualInformation servers. We do not operate backend servers that receive user data from LifeOS.

4 What We Do NOT Collect

EqualInformation does not:

• Collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account information
• Upload health, financial, or personal data to any server
• Use advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking of any kind
• Share or sell your data to any third party
• Access your device camera, microphone, contacts, or location (beyond permissions you explicitly grant for specific features)

5 Health Data

Health information you enter in LifeOS — including body weight, water intake, medications, and vaccination records — is stored solely on your device using the operating system's secure local storage. This data is never shared, transmitted, or accessible to EqualInformation or any third party.

LifeOS health features are for personal reference only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

6 In-App Purchases

LifeOS may offer optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to unlock Premium modules. These purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms and privacy policies. EqualInformation does not receive or store your payment card information. Purchase receipts are verified locally on your device.

7 Device Permissions

LifeOS may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: For medication reminders, water intake prompts, and health goal alerts. All notifications are generated locally on your device.
• Network: For loading external links (e.g., Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, App Support pages) in the in-app browser. No personal data is transmitted.

LifeOS does not require camera, microphone, contacts, or location permissions for its core features.

8 Data Retention & Deletion

All data stored by LifeOS resides on your device. To delete all app data:

• iOS: Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → LifeOS → Delete App
• Android: Go to Settings → Apps → LifeOS → Storage → Clear Data, or uninstall the app

Deleting the app removes all data permanently from your device.

9 Children

LifeOS is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has entered personal data into the app, you can remove it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
