Is my data private?

Yes. LifeOS is fully local-first. All data you enter — health logs, preferences, and anything else — is stored only on your device. We never have access to your data and no information is uploaded to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I log my weight?

Tap the Health module on the home screen, then select the Weight tab. Tap the "Log Weight" button to enter today's reading. Your history is displayed in the chart above.

How do I track my water intake?

In the Health module, tap the Water tab. Use the quick-add buttons (+150ml, +250ml, +500ml, +750ml) to log each glass or bottle. The progress ring shows how close you are to your daily goal.

How do I add a medication?

Go to the Health module and select the Meds tab. Tap "Add Medication" to enter the medication name, dose, and schedule. You can set notification reminders from Settings → Notifications.

How do I log a vaccination?

In the Health module, tap the Vaccines tab. Tap the vaccine name to expand it and log your vaccination date. Your records are saved locally.

What is Premium?

Premium unlocks the Finance, Family, Travel, and Fitness modules with a one-time purchase. The Health module and core features are always free. Look for the lock icon on premium modules — tap "Upgrade to Premium" in Settings to unlock them.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to make the original purchase. Your premium access will be restored automatically.

Can I use LifeOS offline?

Yes — entirely. All data is stored locally and the app works fully offline. An internet connection is only used when you tap links to external pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, App Support) in the in-app browser.

The app is not working correctly. What should I do?

Try these steps:
1. Force-close and reopen the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
4. If the issue persists, contact us (see below) with your device model, OS version, and a description of the problem.

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored locally on your device:
iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → LifeOS → Delete App
Android: Settings → Apps → LifeOS → Storage → Clear Data, or uninstall the app
All data is permanently removed from your device.
