These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeOS mobile application ("App") on iOS and Android, developed and published by Bhim Upadhyaya / Equal Information ("Developer", "we", "us").
By downloading, installing, or using LifeOS, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.
LifeOS provides a full-featured free tier available to all users at no cost. The free tier is not time-limited and will remain available indefinitely. Core life management features — including health tracking, module access, and data management tools — are available for free.
We believe essential personal tools should be accessible to everyone regardless of income. The free tier will never be removed or downgraded without advance notice.
Certain advanced modules and features are available as optional Premium upgrades. Premium access requires a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All purchases are final and processed by Apple or Google. Please review their refund policies for purchase disputes. The Developer does not process payments directly and does not issue refunds outside of platform policies.
LifeOS is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All content in LifeOS — including app design, code, graphics, icons, text, and module content — is the intellectual property of Bhim Upadhyaya / Equal Information and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any part of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use LifeOS, including but not limited to:

The Developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of LifeOS at any time. Changes to free or premium features will be communicated via the app's release notes where feasible.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions. Continued use of LifeOS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
