Comprehensive medical source citations added throughout the app to meet App Store and Google Play compliance. Every screen with medical information now includes clickable, authoritative citations that open in an in-app browser.

- All citation links open in in-app browser (SFSafariViewController / Chrome Custom Tabs) with back navigation
