All data stays on your device — no accounts, no cloud sync, no tracking.

Is my data private?

Yes. CareCircle stores all data locally on your device using SwiftData (iOS) or Room (Android). There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics. We never collect or transmit any personal or health information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The free tier includes: up to 2 caregivers and 1 care receiver, home dashboard, care tasks, calendar/visit scheduling, shared caregiver notes, medications management, vitals tracking, symptom logging, emergency contacts, activity log, daily summary, companion mode for care receivers, appointments, and settings.

What is Companion Mode?

Companion Mode is a simplified interface designed for the care receiver. It features large text, minimal buttons, one-tap check-ins, and an emergency button. Many care receivers may not use the app directly — CareCircle works perfectly without it.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

iOS: Open CareCircle → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID.
Android: Open CareCircle → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your purchase is linked to your Google account.

Does the app require internet?

No. CareCircle is fully offline. All data is stored locally on your device. No internet connection is required for any feature.

Can multiple family members use the same care data?

CareCircle currently stores data locally on each device. Multiple family members can each install the app and manage their own view of care tasks, notes, and schedules. Shared cloud sync between devices is planned for a future update.

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps:
1. Force-close and reopen the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
4. If the issue persists, contact us (see below) with your device model, OS version, and a description of the problem.
