What features does Nutrisize include?

Nutrisize includes: health parameter intake with personalized recommendations (meal frequency, food focus, exercise guidance), a privacy-first chat workflow that anonymizes health data before any provider calls, an in-app notification center, and physician warnings when key health ranges are unsafe. All features are free.

How does the chat feature work?

The chat uses a WhatsApp-inspired interface. Before sending any data to a provider, Nutrisize anonymizes your essential health parameters. Chat history is stored locally on your device. The assistant shows provider and knowledge sources in responses, retries incomplete answers, and returns "Answer not found" after configured attempts.

Does Nutrisize require an internet connection?

The chat feature requires an internet connection to communicate with the health guidance provider. However, your health parameters, history, and notification settings are stored locally and accessible offline.

What platforms is Nutrisize available on?

Nutrisize is currently available on Android only. For iOS and cross-platform support, see Nutrisize Pro.

Is Nutrisize a replacement for medical advice?

No. Nutrisize provides general health guidance and recommendations based on the parameters you enter. It includes physician warnings when key ranges are unsafe, but it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice.
