The Games Room is provided by EqualInformation, LLC. It is an iPhone and iPad games collection, starting with two 3D tables: Four in a Row and Hearts, free to download. It has no ads, no accounts and no tracking.

This Privacy Policy applies to The Games Room app for iPhone and iPad (iOS bundle identifier: com.equalinformation.thegamesroom).
The app keeps everything on your device. To work, it may store the following locally and never transmits it:
The app does not collect or transmit any of this data. It does not ask you to create an account or to enter your name, email address or any other personal information.
The locally stored information is used only to run the app, remember where you left off and apply your settings.
The app is 100% on-device. There is no account, no server, no cloud sync and no user tracking. It works without an internet connection.
The app does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising SDKs or tracking tools, and it shows no advertising of any kind. It contains no third-party code. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites. The app declares no tracking in its Apple privacy manifest.
The app requests as few permissions as possible. It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth or health data.
The app is free to download and play, with Easy and Medium opponents, pass and play, hints, undo, the first lesson and the daily Lamp included. One one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) unlocks every table: the Hard opponents, all lessons, the Cabinet and extra disc sets. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details, name or Apple ID. Restore Purchases is on the unlock sheet and in Settings, and Family Sharing is supported.
The app plays sounds through your device’s speaker or headphones and uses your device’s haptic motor. It does not record audio and never uses the microphone. Sound and haptics can be switched off in Settings.
The app makes no network requests of its own. Games, opponents and daily puzzles are computed on your device; the daily Lamp is chosen from the date on your device.
EqualInformation, LLC does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share users’ data with data brokers or for advertising purposes. The app does not transmit personal information to our servers or to unrelated third parties.
Because your data stays on your device, you are in control of it. Deleting the app removes all of its saved progress and settings from your device.
Locally stored data is protected by the platform’s app sandbox. However, no method of storage is completely secure, and the company cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app has no accounts, no chat, no ads, no web browsing and no data collection, and it is suitable for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe information has been provided inappropriately, please contact the company.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
