What does Kindly Pro include?

Pro ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) unlocks: Mood Insights with analytics, Sleep Log, Habit Tracker, Worry Journal, Emotion Wheel, Weekly Reflection, Self-Care Planner, Mindfulness Timer, Data Export, and Safety Plan.

What does Kindly Clinical include?

Clinical ($19.99/month or $149.99/year) is designed for healthcare professionals and includes everything in Pro plus: Patient Dashboard, Clinical Notes, Outcome Tracking (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, AUDIT), Session Management, Client Mood Overview, Treatment Plans, Progress Reports, and Institutional Analytics.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

iOS: Open Kindly → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and restores automatically.
Android: Open Kindly → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Google account and restores automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kindly → Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Kindly → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

Is Kindly a replacement for therapy?

No. Kindly is a wellness companion, not a substitute for professional mental health care. It uses evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, ACT) conversationally but does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps:
1. Force-close and reopen the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
4. If the issue persists, contact us (see below) with your device model, OS version, and a description of the problem.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Data Export is available with Kindly Pro. Go to Data Export in the app to export your mood logs, journal entries, and other tracked data.
