PlainRescue is an offline-first first-aid and emergency-response app for iOS and Android, built and maintained by EqualInformation, LLC. It guides you through dozens of life-threatening situations — CPR, choking, severe bleeding, anaphylaxis, stroke, heart attack, and many more — one calm step at a time, with a CPR metronome, recheck timers, and read-aloud voice guidance so you can keep your hands on the person.
Every feature is designed with privacy at its core — PlainRescue is 100% on-device with no accounts, no servers, no cloud sync, and no tracking, and the whole app works fully offline. PlainRescue is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play, and it is free for everyone. Your support helps us keep it free, expand and translate the protocols, and keep every step backed by an authoritative source.
