Features that directly implement the core mission: recognizing and rewarding human contribution.
OTK flows through 6 distinct value channels, each representing a dimension of human contribution:
Implements: Article I (Foundational Principles), Article III Section 1 (The Nature of OTK)
A lifelong on-chain record of every value transfer — received, given, minted, burned — broken down by channel. Your Living Ledger tells the story of your contributions to humanity.
Implements: Article IV (The Living Ledger) — "Every positive human contribution is recorded permanently."
Thank parents, teachers, and mentors with on-chain gratitude messages. Gratitude transactions are celebrated on Open Chain — a permanent record of appreciation. Four celebration tiers: Heartfelt, Great, Epic, Legendary.
Implements: Article III Section 4 — "A grown child sending nOTK to their parent's Universal ID is a Gratitude Transaction."
Verifiers attest to human development milestones. When enough independent verifiers approve (minimum 2), OTK is minted for the achiever. Verifier accuracy is tracked; bad verifiers are suspended.
Implements: Article III Section 2 (Milestone-Based Minting) — "OTK is minted when verified human development milestones are achieved."
Non-transferable milestone badges auto-minted alongside OTK. Five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. These cannot be bought, sold, or traded — they represent personal human development.
Implements: Article I Section 2 (The Right to Recognition) — "Every act of kindness, mentorship, and care deserves recognition."
Negative value is visible, not ignored. -OTK requires community consensus (3+ independent verifiers). The accused can contest with counter-evidence. Wrong determinations can be reversed via governance.
Implements: Article V (Correction Mechanism) — "Making harm visible creates pressure for correction."
Every person has the right to contest a correction report. Submit appeals with counter-evidence, witnesses, and detailed timelines. Appeals progress through stages: submitted → reviewed → hearing → resolved.
Implements: Article V Section 2 — "The right to contest is absolute."
Neutral third-party mediation for disputes between community members. Mediators are matched by expertise and community trust score. Resolution agreements are signed on-chain by both parties.
Implements: Article V — Restorative justice through community-mediated resolution.
When corrections are confirmed by community consensus, -OTK is automatically burned from the target's account. Governance can reverse wrong determinations, restoring the burned OTK. All enforcement is recorded in the Living Ledger.
Implements: Article V Section 1 — "Negative value is visible, not ignored."
Regional aggregate tracking: net OTK trends by region, channel health, alert zones for communities trending negative. This is the self-correcting feedback loop — resources and attention flow to where they're needed.
12 regions tracked: Global, South Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia, East Africa, West Africa, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, Oceania.
Implements: Article V Section 3 (Autonomous Correction) + Article X (The Vision) — "Nations measured not by GDP, but by aggregate human value."
Track and promote partnerships between regions. Education exchanges, healthcare capacity building, cultural programs, and resource sharing. Each partnership has milestones, OTK exchanged, and beneficiary counts.
Implements: Article X — "World peace through cooperation, not competition."
Visual skill tree with learning pathways across 6 categories: Technology, Science, Arts, Languages, Life Skills, Trade Skills. Each pathway contains milestones that earn eOTK when verified.
Implements: Article I Section 1 — Education as a dimension of human value.

Implements: Article I — Health as a fundamental value channel.
Community project management with milestones, funding, and team coordination. Categories: infrastructure, education, environment, health, culture, technology. Each project milestone earns cOTK for contributors.
Implements: Article I — Community service as a valued contribution.
Time-based value exchange: 1 hour of teaching = 1 hour of gardening = 1 hour of cooking. All human time is valued equally. Offer and request services, track hours given vs. received.
Implements: Article I Section 1 — "All dimensions of human contribution are recognized."
Smart matching algorithm connects mentors and mentees based on expertise overlap, availability, and language. Both parties earn eOTK for sessions. On-chain mentoring agreements with goals and milestones.
Implements: Article I — Mentoring recognized as a valued human contribution.
Privacy is not a feature — it is a fundamental human right embedded in the protocol.
Privacy-preserving biometric proof: "this is a unique human being" without storing or transmitting biometric data. All processing on-device. No central identity registry exists or can exist.
Implements: Article II (Universal Identity) — "Every human being shall be entitled to a unique Universal Identity."
Prove claims without revealing identity: "I am a parent," "I am a certified teacher," "I reside in Region Y." The verifier learns only that the claim is true — nothing else.
Implements: Article II Section 2 (Selective Disclosure) — "Always voluntary. No institution may compel disclosure."
Link BTC, ETH, SOL, Cosmos addresses to your Universal ID with cryptographic proof. One identity across all blockchains. Reputation score (0-1000) based on activity: newcomer → active → trusted → elder → guardian.

Implements: Article VIII Section 2 — "Privacy by design. All identity claims use zero-knowledge proofs."
Granular privacy controls for every data category: identity, financial, health, education, location, social, governance. Each toggleable between public/selective/private. Full access log showing who accessed your data and when.
Implements: Article VIII Section 1 — "Individuals own their data. No entity may access personal data without explicit, revocable consent."
Post-quantum key management with migration wizard. View current key type (Ed25519, hybrid, or ML-DSA-65), PQC readiness score, and quantum threat level. Three-step migration from classical to quantum-safe hybrid signatures.
Implements: Article VII, VIII — Quantum-safe infrastructure and forward-looking security.
Democracy — not plutocracy, not technocracy, not oligarchy.
Every Universal ID holder has exactly one vote. A person with 1 OTK and a person with 1,000,000 OTK each have one vote. Proposals, voting (yes/no/abstain), quorum tracking (>33% of registered UIDs), pass threshold (>50%).
Implements: Article VI Section 1 — "Every Universal ID holder has exactly one vote in Open Chain governance."
The Human Constitution is a living document. Amendments require 90-day public deliberation + two-thirds supermajority. Article I (Foundational Principles) is immutable and cannot be amended.
Implements: Article VI Section 3 — "Amendments require a two-thirds supermajority of participating Universal ID voters."
Create on-chain organizations with treasury, membership, and governance. Support both one-member-one-vote and token-weighted voting. DAOs enable community self-organization.
2% of all OTK minting goes to the community treasury. Distributed via governance proposals. Per-channel balance tracking. Funds development, grants, infrastructure, and community events.
Apply for small grants funded by the community treasury and DAOs. Grant categories: education, health, infrastructure, environment, arts, technology, small business. Track impact after receiving funding.
Implements: Article VI — Community-governed resource allocation.
When proposals pass, they execute automatically on-chain. Proposal types: parameter change, treasury spend, correction reversal, software upgrade, emergency override. DAO proposals auto-execute treasury spends.
Implements: Article VI Section 2 — "Governance decisions are binding and automatically enforced."
