ChronoTrack helps you track chronic conditions like migraines, fibromyalgia, arthritis, IBS, and more. Log symptoms, identify triggers, track medications, and generate reports for your doctor — all with 100% privacy. Your data stays on your device.

2 Getting Started

• Onboarding: Enter your name and select your conditions (8 presets or add custom)
• Log symptoms: Tap "Quick Log" for fast entry or "Log Entry" for detailed recording
• Track patterns: Use the Patterns module to see trends, worst days, and trigger correlations
• Doctor visits: Generate PDF reports from the Reports module before appointments

• Free: Full symptom logging, calendar, basic patterns, medications, emergency card, daily check-ins, history, settings
• Plus ($3.99/month): Trigger insights, flare timeline, health journal, unlimited PDF/FHIR reports, symptom comparison, medication effectiveness analysis, encrypted data backup
• Pro ($29.99/month): Data Hub, Connector Store, multi-patient dashboard, SOAP clinical report generator, API Key Vault, API call audit log, FHIR R4 integration

4 Common Questions

Is my health data safe?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to servers unless you explicitly configure external data connectors (Pro tier).

Does ChronoTrack work offline?
Yes. Core features work 100% offline. Optional features like weather correlation require internet but cache data locally for offline use.

Can I share data with my doctor?
Yes. Export PDF or FHIR reports from the Reports module. Pro users can also share data via QR codes or share codes.

What happens if I uninstall?
All data is deleted. Use the Data Backup feature (Plus/Pro) to export before uninstalling.

How do I restore purchases?
Open the Premium Upgrade screen and tap "Restore Purchases".
