Systemic Sclerosis
Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is an autoimmune CTD with vasculopathy (Raynaud's), autoantibodies (anti-Scl-70, anti-centromere, anti-RNA pol III), and progressive fibrosis of skin and viscera; limited (lcSSc) vs. diffuse (dcSSc); ILD and PAH are leading causes of death.
