Ovarian Clear Cell Carcinoma
Ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCCC) is an endometriosis-derived subtype; ARID1A (~50%) and PIK3CA (~50%) are hallmark mutations; platinum-resistant; no FDA-approved targeted therapy; higher incidence in Asian women; mTOR inhibitors and EZH2 inhibitors under investigation.
